STUDENT CLUBS & SOCIETIES

Nurturing Leadership,
Talent & Service

At St. Alphonsa Kisau Girls Senior School, clubs and societies play a vital role in nurturing holistic student development. Through participation in diverse clubs, learners cultivate leadership skills, creativity, innovation, teamwork and community service while enhancing their academic journey.

  • Development of leadership, communication and teamwork skills
  • Opportunities for innovation, debate and intellectual engagement
  • Community service and student character formation

The Debate Club provides students with a platform to sharpen their public speaking, critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills. Members actively engage in debates and intellectual discussions that enhance confidence, research skills and leadership.

The Journalism Club nurtures students' creativity in writing, reporting and media production. Members develop communication and storytelling skills while documenting school events and sharing important student perspectives.

The Environment Club promotes environmental conservation and sustainability. Students actively participate in activities such as tree planting, environmental awareness campaigns and maintaining a clean and green school environment.

The St. John Ambulance Club equips students with essential first aid and emergency response skills. Members are trained in life-saving techniques, health awareness and community service, promoting responsibility and preparedness in emergency situations.

The Mathematics and Book Clubs encourage academic curiosity and intellectual engagement. Through reading programs, problem-solving sessions and academic discussions, students strengthen their analytical thinking and develop a passion for lifelong learning.

St. Alphonsa Kisau Girls Senior School nurtures spiritual growth through religious movements such as the Young Christian Students (YCS) and the Christian Union (CU). These groups provide guidance on faith, values, leadership and moral integrity among learners.
